Posty 1.5 Released with Identi.ca Support

More great news on the Identi.ca client front: Posty 1.5 was released today with several new features, including full support for Identi.ca.

Posty is a multiplatform microblogging client that allows you to update multiple services in one go, including Identi.ca, Twitter, Jaiku, Pownce, Tumblr, and Friendfeed. Posty's main window has a list of supported services. Select the ones you want to send a notice to, and Posty will update all of them simultaneously.

Additionally, it takes advantage of Identi.ca's Twitter-compatible API to let you browse your repies, your friend's updates, as well as Identi.ca's public timeline.

Posty uses Adobe's AIR framework, which means that it looks and works exactly the same on Linux, Windows and Mac OS X.
