StatusNet at W3C Social Business Jam
I'm happy to say that I'll be participating this week in The W3C Social Business Jam. This world-wide online event is the first of its kind to cover issues of social networking technologies from a business perspective. Managing the process under the auspices of the W3C is exciting for those of us who are involved with standards for enterprise social networks.
I'll be speaking tomorrow morning at 10 EDT in a panel on metrics for social business, but I'll also be involved during the rest of the process. I'm looking forward to this event -- the collaboration jam technology seems pretty cool, of course, but I think getting together some of the best minds in social software in a realtime collaboration environment will make for some extremely interesting discussions.
Registration is still open, and I think people involved with social software should really check this out.
