I'll be at IndieWebCamp in Portland over the weekend of June 30 to July 1, the weekend following Open Source Bridge. IndieWebCamp is an amazing event dedicated to the radical proposition that every human being deserves their own Web site. StatusNet Inc. has been making Free and Open Source software for Web independents for almost 4 years, and we're a big supporter of the Indie Web movement.
I've had some intermittent problems with slave lag and queue lag on Identi.ca over the last day or so, resulting in delays in timelines (showing activities minutes or hours old) and flooding of the real-time updates.
I'm provisioning a few new database slaves to pick up the slack, which should get us back on an even track.
Update: New slave is in place; I'm going to add more over the weekend.
I'll be at HackDaysMTL 2012. This great event has teams of 1-3 developers creating apps focused on local and social. I'm going to take the opportunity to roll out a sneak peek of our newest codebase, which I think should be pretty fun.
