Questionable website

I went to the website to check out this plugin and the ads for pornography, even in the events section guaranteed that I would not install anything form their site.

There is nothing questionable about it

The website runs a microblogging service for people interested in adult content (a.k.a. pr0n). If you are not interested, don't subscribe to their timeline.

How is that related to the quality of their status bar addon for Windows?
