Hitting reply on a notice sent to a group should reply to that group by default. If a notice is sent to many groups, it should reply to all.

I disagree -- reply should always reply to the author of the notice.

We may want to add a reply-to-group button if the user is a member of the group.

Interestingly, the behaviour requested here managed to become the current behaviour in StatusNet 1.0 due to a logic-inverting typo--cf. issue #3638.
