Can't register, problems with session token -- still

Upon my initial stumbling into this error I found case 1140 and applied the patch therein. However I'm still experiencing this issue and users are report trouble signing up.

They still get the "There was a problem with your session token. Try again, please." message.

Is there another possible area that the call to common_ensure_session() needs to be added or perhaps a different fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adendum: I have the same problem with version 0.7.3. It appears the CSRF protection may be preventing registration or login forms from successfully submitting.

Is there a specific PHP setting that needs to be set in order for sessions to work. (I have other PHP applications, which use sessions, working fine)
