[DM] Outbox messages confusing

When looking at the outbox, it's confusing that the avatar is supposed to mean who you sent a message TO and not who it's FROM.

An easy fix is to swap the avatar over to the right side to give a visual cue that it's different than a regular dent... could use this convention elsewhere as well...
