Need Help

Hi

I have just installed the Laconica microblogging software, version 0.7.3 on my domain hellomonty.com/eparliament.in

However, I am a non-technical guy and trying to use the documentation available to make some changes. Can you please guide me through the process for the below mentioned issues.

1. How can i change the logo? (right now it is the title of the site, but i wanna change to a image)

2. How can i change the site title Public time - eparliament to somethng else?

3. How can I add something on the sidebar - could be text to describe about the site's purpose or ads.

4. Is there any open inviter like viral email inviter to let the users invite their friends in address book.

5. How to start the facebook application like what identi.ca has

6. Are there any applications from which users can use the site for status updates

I know this is a bit more am asking for help. As mentioned above, am a non technical guy and just struggling to start something. Would be very grateful if you can help me out with the above questions.
