Schemeless URIs (e.g., example.com) and group tags (!example) aren't hyperlinked in XMPP messages, and should be.

I can verify that they are currently linked. (Plaintext versions of the messages may also be included for services that don't understand HTML payloads, so you may be using a chat client that is simply ignoring the HTML.)
