Currently, StatusNet uses the following license URL:
http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/agpl-3.0.html
I suggest changing it to:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl.html
because (1) it's the generic AGPL license URL (AGPLv3 or any version later) and that's StatusNet license, and (2) because gnu.org website seems to be the 'official' URL (the license notice says ''" If not, see ."'').

Currently, fsf.org URL redirects to gnu.org. It's better to keep up-to-date and to use the new URL (/licenses/agpl.html, as mentioned above)
