I have tried a few times to reach http://identi.ca/settings/im but each completed request for authentication is followed by a return to http://identi.ca/grahamperrin

I have tried both http://identi.ca/main/openid and https://identi.ca/main/login routes.

Worked around by deleting my cookies for identi.ca

I'll leave this ticket open, only in case it's symptomatic of another issue.
