Some of the recently frequently asked questions are not answered in http://identi.ca/doc/faq — two that come to mind are:
* geolocation
* spam.

1. for geolocation, refer from FAQ to a short simple '''user-oriented''' page re: geolocation
2. for spam reports, refer from ''within'' the FAQ to http://identi.ca/doc/contact (don't expect the reader to browse there via the footer)
3. some of what's under ''Where is feature X?'' might be better placed/expressed under http://status.net/products/hosted-vs-download — make that StatusNet page a little more novice-friendly then add a reference from the Identi.ca FAQ.

Allow that section of the FAQ to be superseded by:

* comprehensive http://status.net/wiki/Product_Plan for anyone who wants the additional detail.

may i suggest replacing the FAQ from http://identi.ca/doc/faq with http://status.net/wiki/FAQ [yes that has to be edited, too]?
some helpful people might start editing the wiki.
