Inline confirmation prompt for Blocking users

I think a nice enhancement of the Blocking feature would be to have the confirmation prompt for Blocking users appear inline, instead of taking you to an extra page. Like with the confirmation prompt for redenting a notice, where the little popup window appears inline on the same page: "Repeat this notice?" along with the "Yes" button

So, for Blocking, it would be a popup that says "Block this user? " along with buttons for "Yes" and "No".

Threw a quick proof-of-concept together, for group block forms (individual block forms are separate but look near-identical ;)

[awesomeblock f6d2548] Quickie experiment to do group block/unblock via AJAX submit, helping to streamline things for group admins doing spam control.

The ajax form infrastructure is still kinda skeezy and requires a lot of manual poking; I'd like to generalize things so it's a lot easier to add these, as per my notes on the test commit.
