Advanced Blocking: avoid @-replies to blocked users & blocked users when logged in

Keywords:block troll

Block is often used for SPAM. However, sometimes block can be used to avoid a real life user you don't want to talk to. In these cases, it would be useful if a stronger block is available:
* Never see a blocked users status messages if you are logged in: not in conversation pages, other users' timelines, etc.
* Optionally avoid anyone @-reply-ing to that user. If the user is a troll, the software can help you avoid taking flame bait by never showing you what other users are saying to that user.

I think the first one is going to be a good feature, but it'd be better to make at least the second one optional in the Account page (I'm sure not all users want to do all of that to blocked users).

Very important to have as I've been trolled professionally by someone.

I think it should prevent blocked users from referencing you and it should be retroactive.

I do like the idea of the ability to hide blocked users from other views, but not sure we have a good clean way to do it just yet (could interfere with paging)... definitely to keep in mind for our next inbox updates!

On the other issues with replies visible when they shouldn't be -- see also http://status.net/open-source/issues/2096 etc; will poke at these shortly.

+1. Right now I've blocked a user, but I still see his reply in a conversation when I load up https://identi.ca/brainwane/all . Given that the "block this user?" screen says that I won't see this person's @-replies, I assumed I wouldn't have to look at his trolling anymore. Please add this feature or clarify the wording on the "block this user?" screen.
