".@" replies not hyperlinked

Due to the way that Twitter doesn't include replies in a user's status feed, people occasionally begin replies with a period (i.e. ".@user") to make the reply appear in their feed if they think it's worth their followers reading it. Our parser is not recognizing .@-replies as needing to be hyperlinked.
