Use nickname instead of fullname in SMS update

Updates received via SMS carry the user's "Full name" rather than "Nickname". This makes it difficult to identify who the updater is (most people go by nickname), and easy to spoof (I can change my Full Name to "Evan Prodromou" and people reading me via SMS will think I am him).
