Receiving notices from users not subscribed to [or not in a group I'm subscribed to]

1) My account @pablo is receiving @ replies for any account that starts with @pablo eg: @pablorosflores, @pablo_javier, @pablo_arce, @pablo_ortellado

2) In addition to this, every time I post a notice I repeatedly receive the following notice in my stream http://identi.ca/notice/64084153

I have blocked the user who sent that notice in the hope they would stop being added to my stream but this did seem to have any effect.

I'm primarily using the XMPP [Adium/OSX] to access identi.ca
1) is happening on both the identi.ca website and XMPP
2) seems to occur only via XMPP

The issue in 1) shouldn't be happening anymore since a few weeks ago when we updated software to handle underscores. At http://identi.ca/pablo/replies the examples I see appear to be from prior to the upgrade, so that's probably resolved if no new ones are coming.

2) might be a separate issue such as an item stuck in queue... or it might actually be the Adium reply issue. If so, I think this should be resolved after you receive another new reply to update the database state -- I'll send you a test message, please confirm if it clears up.
