API - with Seesmic or Tweetdeck only posts from Seesmic or Tweetdeck are visible

When using the API with Seesmic (for Android) or Tweetdeck (on a desktop computer) you can see the mentions but you can't see the regular posts that were done from the webinterface. When writing an update via Seesmic or Tweetdeck it is visible not only from the webinterface but also from Seesmic and Tweetdeck.

When using Seesmic I can see some postings via the mentions (when I'm clicking on "in reply to"). Interestingly this doesn't work with Seesmic.

Using the android app for status.net I'm seeing all posts and everything seems to be okay.
