'play' button does not do anything

When play button is active(pressed) the stream does not actually 'play'. Instead browser window just keeps refreshing. But no new messages appear until F5, or ^R or C-S R is pressed.
Seen on identi.ca and Iceweasel 6.0(similar to Firefox 6.0) browser.
