../settings/mirror contains links with // in URL -> Page not found.

on my settings/mirror (1) page

these two links include in the url: //
TAGS (2)
SEARCHES (3)

also on identi.ca page (4) the TAGS link has // (5)

which results in:
Page not found.

when I replace // with / I still get that error though
could someone investigate more plz?
