There are nearly 1,400 open issues currently. That is daunting. This is a declaration for clearing out those issues, either by closing them, asking for more information, or resolving them directly.
I will update this issue periodically. The goal is to get down to a hundred or so core issues. If you would like to join this effort, please get in there and start solving problems. ^_^

Yeah, sorry... I seem to be adding a few issues as I try and sort out teething problems with my statusnet instance.
However, I've started triaging and confirming some of the newer issues in the list, so hopefully that should balance out nicely :o)

Why not use the Trac or the Bugzilla?

Why not use the Trac or the Bugzilla?
Using the existing Drupal site for their tracking software was a decision that the StatusNet folks made. It isn't really up for discussion. If you would like, you can create a new issue to suggest it, but I will probably just close it (per this issue). ^_^

What about feature requests, like this one: http://status.net/open-source/issues/259
I guess they would all require comment from one of the core developer.
