I'm getting invalid FOAF files when downloading certain users' files. They are invalid XML even, being cut off abruptly.
I'm receiving errors for the following users' foaf:
http://identi.ca/scobleizer
http://identi.ca/latinuxmagazine
http://identi.ca/rms
http://identi.ca/anfenoju
I've had no trouble downloading both larger and smaller files, so it's not an issue of size. I've submitted one such example.

Hmmm...
Shared caracteristic between theses accounts is a huge number of subscribers and/or subscribed.
I guess PHP script timeouts (or run out of memory) before it can complete FOAF generation
