This was discussed on identi.ca a few days ago and is maybe a jquery issue, but I didn't find an appropriate bug report about it.

The favourite gets set anyway, and after a reload the heart is also filled, but you do need a reload for this.

I think this is fixed. I just tried it on Midori, another WebKit browser, with 0.6.3, and it seems to work well.
