iPhone 4
- iPhone 3Gs or iPod Touch running iOS 4 or later

iPad will run the app in iPhone compatibility mode
- iPhone 2G/3G/3Gs or iPod Touch running OS 3.1 or later will run, but will lose state across app switches
- iPhone 2G/3G or iPod Touch running OS 2.x or earlier WILL NOT work.

You can find and install StatusNet Mobile free of charge through the iTunes App Store. This is the recommended installation method, and will ensure that you'll be notified of software updates.

| Search for "StatusNet", or install directly from this link.

| The first time you run, you'll be prompted to add settings for your account on a StatusNet server. In most cases the server name need only be the bare domain, like "identi.ca" or "mozilla.status.net": |   |
| If you have accounts on multiple servers, you'll be able to add them too later and switch between them at will. |   |

Like any other app, you can remove the StatusNet app through the home menu screen or through iTunes.
