- what can I do/how do I use - quick tour, explain/show features/terms
- overview of "interface" - screenshot with arrows and descriptions of the main elements, like PCWorld does when explaining how to use software programs
- for twitter users - what is similar, what is different, what can't I do (table with comparison)

- Identica shouldn't send me email notices when I'm logged on the web interface...
- accidentally triggering shortcut commands in a post is confusing ("on x" "off x" -> error or enables/disables your notifs)

- Understanding how to manage facebook setting from the facebook application rather than from the StatusNet side.
- Remote subscription is insanely confusing
- Just found out you could tag friends from @zach today. Needed to ask him how to do it. What other features do I not know about?
- export data section on interface should have a minimize function
- No obvious way to change language setting if we guessed wrong from browser
- diff between groups and tags confuse people

- No documentation of admin login & pass for a new status install, where is the admin panel?
- How do i set up xmpp/meteord/activemq/sphinx
- Having problems with apache virtual hosts/apache mod rewrite/memcached
- What php extensions are needed, and which ones are for what functionality
- how do i see the admin interface/moderator interface
- how do i turn off feature X
- what is a shell (cli) and how do I access it?
- My hosting provider doesn't let me do x how do i do y?
- How do I get the API on my StatusNet installation?
- how do i turn off errors in the logs? like locale not found
- the offline daemons crash, how do i make them restart automatically
- why cant install.php make the mysql database?
- what's the deal with fancy urls .htaccess and mod-rewrite
- the readme is confusing can I have a cut an paste how to?
- The whole installation of search thing was not clear optional or not...
- making users admins and moderators
- querks with different versions of PHP & Step by step setup on common linux server distros.
- dreamhost install seems to not come configured with twitter bridge, yet status.net documents seems to suggest this is default
- not clear how to install plugins
- unsure about adsense?? need to show how to configure it and install it on the admin panel etc.
