StatusNet's Jon Phillips (Community Director) is one of the organizers for the upcoming Freedom in the Cloud Mini-Conference. The mini-conference will be taking place on January 24, 2011. The purpose of the mini-conference is to "cater to all cloud enthusiasts". It should be noted that the proposals for the conference deadline is October 22, 2010.
